“ I adore Cafe 487! My brother got married and had his reception here, and everything was perfection. Karen, the owner, is outstanding and knows how to make an event special. It's also an awesome spot for drinks, food, and a relaxing time. You can even play some outdoor games on the lawn when it's fine! Good for big or small groups! There is plenty of parking onsite. ”

The staff were friendly, chatty, pleasant and were very happy to have a conversation about anything made us feel like we were at home. The food was extremely good as well. I would suggest anyone who was thinking of going here give it a try and we will be going back. Also the jewellery studio had some lovely treats as well ”
“ Loved this place, the service was friendly, the food was excellent with a great choice of options. I am gluten free and I have never found it so hard to decide as there were so many delicious looking options. All 6 people at our table loved their food. Top marks for the tasty chicken burger, generous pizzas, finger licking good pork ribs and moreish mussel. All beautifully presented. Only sorry I didn't take photos! Go visit any time. It is worth the drive for a special lunch or plan to call in when you are heading north. We will be back for sure. They also have a lovely little art gallery with unique special hand made jewellery. Just beautiful, I may have bought a few pieces ;0) ”
